*C-SPAN NOW, ryan questioning Geithner,

House Budget Committee hearing.

Demonstrating that Geithner clearly understands difference between the plans AND what has occurred, whether repugs like the facts or not. Ryan refers to 'happy talk,' and Geithner knows facts about discussions with repugs: 'Not quite ready.'

VanHollen up now: We didn't have a partner to negotiatiate with. (paraphrase.)

Ryan won't accept that... he keeps trying to trip Tim up. And he always fails.
P.S. I'm a committee hearing junkie.

No tripping Geithner up BUT FOR 'privilege' as Chairman to not let him complete his response. Clear that Geithner has all the facts, and can provide them to campaign.
