I thought he'd be happy to get his little boytoy. I guess Repukes just can't be happy, they have to spread misery because they wallow in it so much.
He was really growling about "cutting middle class entitlements." I interpreted that as a threat. I guess he thinks that's the perfect way to start the conversation with the voters now that the ticket is set. Is he nuts? Right out of the box he's SNARLING at the middle class?
I wudda thought he'd be happy and cheerful over the Ryan pick. Geez, he sounded like he wanted to rip people's faces off!

(70,684 posts)All of them saying the Dems would overreach and demonize instead of "having the conversation." Yeah. Like MUNSTER/PALIN can be as rude and blistering as they want but Dems may not respond because that's demonizing. He said he is the happiest he has ever been in his life with the "decision of the national party," that this is the savior tactic of taking the Rethug party out of the corner of merely being a regional party of the South-only, that these two candidates from Massachusetts(?) and Wisconsin give it new life.
Blah blah. I say, McCARTHY (from WI) lives again. And the Wienermobile = a link (of many) to the narcissistic, gym-working-out, over the top ranting of Anthony WIENER. I say, how do you demonize the devil?!1

(63,910 posts)seem to wanna talk about exactly HOW. OK, raise the elegibility age, but to where? 85? How far does it need to be raised to make it fiscally feasible? where are your numbers? where is your research? and exactly how do you want to cut services? which service would you cut, have to cut, to reach your desired goal? And what the hell IS you goal anyway?
jeez...
