The under 55 Medicare mantra is a Trojan Horse folks. Early in the GOP primary I am sure that Romney actually commented that he supported "voucherizing" Medicare for everyone including all seniors who are already on the program. And if he ends ACA like he says he will. That will restore denial for pre existing conditions, dropping insurance coverage upon illness, and financial caps on every illness.

A voucher will have the value of a Confederate dollar.
