So "Ryan Inc." essentially built its fortune on the single-payer (i.e. U.S. federal gov't.) system?
Eric Boelhert was discussing this on the Stephanie Miller show this morning, talking about how the largest part (by far) of their business from around 1910 to 1970 revolved around road construction.
In other words...the federal government was directly involved in BUILDING THAT.
