I think he meant before the Republican convention, which means that they're going to set the tone going forward on the whole Romney/Ryan "package," essentially the way they successfully framed Romney in a negative light for the voters during late spring and early summer.

That is a fascinating idea! And a good one. They aren't waiting for Romney's $$ to carpetbomb the voters with ads going into September and all October. Get the picture of what these guys are out to do to America fixed in the voters' minds, so that no amount of Romney ads will work.

He most always has something positive to say about ReThugs. Remember when he called Obama a dick or asshole on Morning Joe and got bounced for about a month. Forget all the details...but never liked him after that. In fact I probably never liked him before that either.
