Why do these words scare the hell out of me?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036697/ns/msnbc-hardball_with_chris_matthews/#48652794

Steve Israel is a Congressman from New York, and the Chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. It's his job to help get Democrats elected to Congress.

Chris Matthews and Israel are all over the Romney/Ryan budget - at least the Medicare part. At the end of the three minutes, Israel says "we had a conference call with our candidates and told them to focus on the following three issues in order of priority: Medicare, Medicare, Medicare."

Now I'm all for using Ryan's extreme position on Medicare to denounce him. But I'm wondering, the Ryan budget also put Social Security further at risk, so why isn't that part of the message? Too complicated?

Any Democratic leader that does not loudly proclaim support for strengthening Social Security is not going to get a high grade from me. Failing to mention it altogether scares the hell out of me.

basically seniors will be forced to pay almost 7,000 per year. Women therefore will be payed more with the repeal of the Affordable care Act...making women the most at risk population.
