you could spend hours on this weblink but some major points
1) Women are voting at about an 8.2% greater amount than men
2) They break down voters into voters who have voted in Republican or Democratic primaries during 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the past 4 primary years. In a vast majority of each category, former Democratic voters are outvoting Republicans by percentage. Among those with only Republican or Democratic primary history Republicans lead by a relatively modest 30.7-26.5 amount in a state which has at least a 10+ Republican lean
3) Approximately 30% have voted in neither Republican or Democratic primary
4) 10.2% have never voted in a primary or general election before
5) Younger voters are voting at much higher rates than in the past

(6,147 posts)there are droves of racist Republican women.
Half of the MAGATs are women.
I have no faith in white American women. None. One could be Democrat, one could be Republican. One could be pro-life, one could be pro-choice. One could be LGBTQ, one could be a rabid anti-gay evangelical. one could be a civil rights advocate, one could be racist.
People of color make for more reliable Democrats. So tell me the black women are voting, and I'll fee good.

(14,302 posts)The amount of new voters makes this race difficult to gauge and square with the polls of likely voters. My gut tells me most didnt sign up just to re-elect Cruz.
