Not uncommon with the onset of colder weather, having had a few episodes myself. He could benefit from resting up and resting his voice as well.

Pre-Trump DUers naturally understand "Tweety" to mean Chris Matthews, but it is easy to see why it could be read as one of the countless ways to invoke Shitler, he whose name shall not be mentioned.
