URGENT: Something fishy is going on in order of succession should Rosenstein be fired.

Check out this Twitter feed.

Don McGahn signed a waiver allowing NOEL FRANCISCO to assume control of the Russia investigation without disclosing his prior conflict of interest due to his law firm representation of Trump. McGahn had/has the same conflict of interest.

This is a huge, huge deal.

Check out all the sub threads.

/CREW has discovered that Noel Francisco -- next in line to oversee the Russia probe if Rosenstein is fired or resigns -- got a waiver releasing him from Trump admin ethics rules that would likely have kept him from overseeing the Russia probe https://www.citizensforethics.org/crew-discovers-previously-undisclosed-ethics-waiver-for-solicitor-general-noel-francisco/ …|

It definitely looks like there's a plan in place to scuttle the Mueller investigation.

If I were advising Mr. Francisco (God forbid), I would recommend treading cautiously. I don't know how Mr. Mueller would do it, but if I was advising Mr. Francisco (again, God forbid), I would be concerned about a obstruction indictment somehow coming down.

Mueller's team has developed a sh*t-ton of evidence, and no order from the White House can destroy or bury it permanently. A lot of the prosecutions, and even avenues of investigation, cannot be stopped by firing Mueller. And Mueller can only be fired for very specific reasons -- which will no doubt lead to a court challenge to any attempt at firing.

Trump WILL engage in all manner of dirty tricks, but his successes, if any, will be small or temporary. Justice is coming for him, and she's carrying a BIIIIIIIIIG stick.

of investigation. Some observers believe key indictments are being held ready to file. Whatever hands he and his opponents have been dealt and developed, for sure Mueller knows all the ways they can play out.

He is the one who squeaked Kavanaugh in.

Why did he leave the WH now? What is his role going forward?

Supposedly, he worked for us, the people. Not the president.

But I remember that Charles W. Colson worked for the people in the same position, same way.
