I'm very afraid that the caravan will be a catalyst for something terrible in our country. Sending troops to the border is the worse possible idea. These are soldiers with guns. I'm sure many of them have been pumped to be ready to kill. I dread and I fear what these poor people will face. There needs to be an intervention soon.

Refugees travel together for safety if they can. Is there one in particular we should pray for? The one the media are covering every day and will be covering at the border average very young (they all do), and fwiw I doubt they'll be shot down while the international media record the atrocity. Trump is already running for 2020.

The group of about 1000 Trump was making a lot of political noise about last spring dwindled to about 300 by the time those reached the border, and maybe 15 or so were arrested as genuine criminals. The children with that group were kidnapped from their families, along with the thousands of others from other arriving groups.

The families coming now who do choose to continue to the U.S. will expect to be separated if they can't stop it. Apparently seen as preferable to what they left if it comes to it. Trump and co. have nasty and vicious plans to persecute those who come here all ready, and the word is out all over the planet.

If I were a praying person, I'd pray that tomorrow shows we're saying no to that. I want to believe enough of us will.
