(10,819 posts)is very profound because it clearly defines what it means to be humane, empathetic, placing yourself behind the eyes of another.
If we cannot feel for another then we really cannot feel at all.
That's Peggysue philosophy 101

Up at 5 am.
Polling opened at 6 am at a local elementary school. The school's driveway was lined with Tim Kaine and Leslie Cockburn signs from the street to the parking lot. Before you get to the door, there was one tent for Tim Kaine and Leslie Cockburn, and another tent for Corey Stewart and Denver Riggleman.
We were voters #8-11 in a line that was building up.
Family voted for;
Tim Kaine (D) for U.S. Senate
Leslie Cockburn (D) for U.S. Congress
VA-05 is a Toss Up.
GOTV!

(6,251 posts)"Assualt" is misspelled! And the black text over the gray "I VOTED" is nearly unreadable. The "I VOTED" should be in red or blue to make the black text over it stand out. Or, if the graphic needs to be in black-and-white, the "I VOTED" needs to be in a much lighter gray.
I realize the the original poster is probably not the creator of the graphic. I'm just a recovering grammar Nazi / PowerPoint designer, with a twitchy eye from seeing good graphics that could be great graphics!
