I have ZERO motivation at work today and the time is dragging.

I keep checking DU and hoping the time will speed up. I am nervous and excited for tonight and it really does feel like Christmas morning.

How many of you are at work today and will get almost nothing done?

Going to head out at lunch time and go to Whataburger in honor of Beto!

After my annual physical in the morning.

I'd be worthless at work today, I know it.

a good thing to say. Not your typical,"think I am coming down with something". LOL. Just practice wincing.

Even if we lose the Senate - having a bright, positive, optimistic, energetic person like Beto in the Senate would take the sting out. And, to be rid of the dark cloud Cruz.

She is super awesome and let me take off as much time as I needed to volunteer for Beto and she is rooting for him from Georgia!

When I get home from work, I'm going to have to drink a few cocktails and imbibe in some adult herbal remedies, then take a nap until 11:00 when results start coming in. This is driving me nuts!

Doesn't help that my CEO popped into my office about two minutes after I arrived and said, "Make sure you keep me in the loop with everything going on at the polls today!!" Sounded like permission to spend the day checking DU and Twitter, n'est pas? She voted at 6:00 a.m. in NYC, same polling location as the tRumps use. Ugh. Nothing but BLUE in our office!

That helps the day to fly. I'll just be getting home when the polls close in CT. Hubby has been instructed to have the wine (barrel) ready for consumption, regardless of the outcome. (OK, a bottle will do.)
