plus Scott Co, putting him up by 2 percent. Looking at NYT, Fayette/Lexington still has 14% of precincts yet to report. Powell, Bourbon, Wolfe and Wood not yet reported.

this district was supposed to be an early sign of a blue wave materializing....... this is not looking good.
