Beto may be the next President of the United States

He has risen to national prominence in this election where he was the decided underdog. and has the change, hope and unifying message like Obama. Most importantly, he inspires people-- which is what this country needs now.

...and we all know what happened then. O'Rourke's position is similar in some ways. They both went after a famous Senator, almost took them down, and got fame and notoriety as a result. Lincoln became a national figure as a result of his race; so has O'Rourke. Stranger things have happened.

But a lot depends on who runs. Gillum may be a strong candidate too.

there are winners, Biden, Harris, Booker, Sanders, Warren, and others, who will likely be our standard bearer two years from now. People who have actually been able to win an election are probably better able to defeat Trump in 2020.

There was faith in making him the nominee because he had won state and federal office
I think Beto will make a great VP pick.
I think my Senator, Kamala Harris is going to be our next nominee and POTUS.
She has followed the Obama model as a path to the oval office
If Beto is the nominee I will gladly vote for him though
