We are reliably blue. Martinez, the last Governor won because she was Hispanic in a majority Hispanic state. At the end of her 2nd term, she was very unpopular. My new congressional rep is a Democratic Native American Deb Haaland and the last Congressional rep is now Governor!! Can't believe we are so close to Texas and still so unlike them. Although, El Paso, where Beto is from is on the Texas/New Mexico border.
