Not to throw cold water, but to put things in perspective

can we conclude that all the candidates for whom Trump campaigned won?

I know that he spent a lot of time in IN and in MO, not sure about FL and GA.

Oh, one exception - MT. Go Tester!

Don't forget how calculating that motherf***** IS ... it's ALL about HIM looking like a WINNER.

He picked 'the favorites' ... that were still 'close'.

On purpose.

They would have voted against Democrats no matter what. That anus-mouthed fuckbucket is a coward and only campaigned in reliably conservative states so he wouldn't get embarrassed by the results.

After all, MO has been res in 2006 and in 2012 when elected. OK, she was "aided" by her opponent talking about "legitimate" rape.

3. Trump is popular with the Republican base and even a lot of independents.

This is definitely true. I don't think we can deny Trump's popularity with a lot of people. We cannot assume that everyone is disgusted with him as we are. The key is to try to show people how he is bad for the country. I point out that he is not really on the side of the working person since I know a lot of blue-collar union guys who like Trump despite his being anti-union and appointing anti-union judges to the bench.

Bodes well for 2020 as now for the first time in this woeful administration there is a check on its excesses.

Woohoo!

I am thinking of Manchin and Donnelly and McCaskill and Heitkamp - who were "allowed" to vote for Gorsuch because of their situation. And it seems that Manchin is the only one who won.
