If the absentee was the same percentage, he'd get 30k of the 45k absentees, a gain of 15k. That would do it.

But from the Milwaukee Journal article, 45,000 absentee ballots are from the City of Milwaukee, which could break more heavily for the Dems.

The City of Milwaukee probably breaks closer to 75-80% for Democrats (Milwaukee County as a whole is less Democratic). So if the absentee votes break at approximately the same rate for Evers, it could be a big deal



It would be interesting to know what areas of Brown County still need to be counted - my guess is the City of Green Bay trends more blue then the rest of Brown Co.


Manitowoc Co. may net some Republican votes, but Dems may net some from La Crosse.
