(22,474 posts)9. It's nice to be congratulated when we succeed in defeating Walker
but in the past elections where Walker won there were those on the Left who were more than willing to throw the entire state of Wisconsin under the bus for his victory, like "how could we do that?" as if the entire state was to blame.
Even when Walker won elections there were many tens of thousands of dedicated Democrats in Wisconsin who worked toward defeating him but didn't succeed.
The entire state of Wisconsin is not responsible for Walker's defeat, but rather those who voted for his Democratic opponent, Tony Evers, can take a bow.
