1. It is a game to people like him. Regular people sit back in disgust at the hate, bigotry, lying.

But these people do not get, have no concept, how people are disgusted by this behavior. How so far out of the realm this behavior is for us and that we are appalled.

I have a brother like this. He behaves however, then win he loses, he just chalks it up as not working and moves in. He doesn't reflect, or process peoples reactions, simply moves on. A big game for him.

6. I don't know. I have seen this so often that I see it now as a strategic ploy.

Don't accept no for an answer, assume the sale, ignore probing questions, and if that doesn't work, bully your way through.
