MSNBC Legal Expert Distinguishing Between Grand Jury Indictments and Report to AG

Attorney General will not be able to stop Mueller from getting grand jury indictments although he could stop Report from Mueller. But will new AG be able to hold the Report when the public hears the extent of the indictments.
