being a co-conspirator in a felony is not covered by executive privilege, nor is "I was following POTUS's orders" or "yeah but I made POTUS's actions less bad" a defense for the same.
You will be subpoenaed by the House. Your actions and statements will be documented. Criminal referrals will be generated. And even if you are the ones in charge of investigating/prosecuting said referrals (looking at you DOJ peeps), remember that a) Trump will not be president forever, and b) he doesn't give a sh*t about his peons so he'll leave you hanging in the end.
