Sessions will now be called as a witness in the Mueller probe.

Whitaker may be Rosenstein's boss now, but the Dems have the House and will carry on the investigation with or without Mueller., MSNBC reports.

I am invoking my rights under the 5th Amendment.

Frankly irrespective of the parties and what is going on, I would never answer a question from Congress. Given his earlier perjuries, he would be a fool to cooperate.

I don't think it would hurt his Senate run either.

Sessions may look like a dope, but he is no fool. He is not going to priosn for Trump.
