Trying on a scenario

Tomorrow, or within the next few weeks Mueller concludes his investigation. He turns his findings to his new boss - whathisname, the acting AG, who promptly deep sixes it.

Can the House committee then call on Mueller to provide the findings?

He said that if not this House, then the Dem controlled House can have Mueller testify publicly about the investigation's findings and any actions by Acting Atty Gen. attempting to interfere with the investigation. Also Acting Atty Gen can be investigated by House for a criminal obstruction of justice if necessary depending on his actions.

I doubt that Nunes will try to find anything but next year, Adam Schiff will show the country how a real House is supposed to work.
