Stacy Abrams deserves a Recount!

According to most recent counts, of approximately 4 million votes, Democratic Stacy Abrams is behind GOP Brian Kemp, with less than 70,000 votes.

Thing is, Kemp rigged the election in Georgia, blocking hundreds of thousands of voters.

There's a legal doctrine "in pari delicto" (2 wrongs don't make a right); and that most certainly means Kemp shouldn't be allowed to stave off any recount, after he purged hundreds of thousands of voters.

Unless you are silly enough to believe he purged people that would have voted for him!

Recounting the cast votes will yield results very similar to what we have now.
Our issues should be with the number of voters that were blocked/turned away/forced to abandon the queue for work/family obligations.

We need to draft guidelines for every state to ensure that every eligible vote can easily cast a ballot.

Kemp is the one who blocked the votes (nearly 400,000); and no one on Kemp's side has "standing" to argue against a recount - because that "standing" is eviscerated by the "conflict if interest" issue.

You can't do wrong and claim to be right (in pari delicto)

Those votes "never cast" - will be allowed to "be cast" during a run off.

Which will be born under intense scrutiny.
