Hey, Tim Ryan: Instead of talking smack about Nancy Pelosi, shouldn't you work on your own backyard?

Democrats across the country had a great night and took back the House and many governorships and state legislatures, thanks largely to Nancy Pelosi. But your own state of Ohio contributed nothing to that effort. In fact, it was pretty much a bloodbath so bad that, along with Florida, it actually helped take the shine off of what was otherwise an historic Democratic victory. You couldn't even deliver your own state but you think that YOU should take the gavel from Pelosi because ... what ... new leadership or something?

Go sit yourself down and be quiet. You're making me laugh and we need to be serious.

63 Democrats voted against Pelosi in 2016 on the first round. Ryan is the guy who sticks his neck out and he obviously has a lot of company. Put your mute button away.

in DC.
He is yet another who has made a mission out of calling for the preferred Dem leader to be replaced by his own & apparently far superior self, while his home state tells a different story of his 'superior' greatness.

Dear Tim Ryan, as you stand there with stars in your eyes for Pelosi's House speaker position, i'm looking at Ohio & wondering what you're really selling us.
There's little proof before us to make us believe in your 'superior' leadership capabilities. What happened to your own State!
Look at it.

Pelosi on the other hand has proven her abilities for the Dem Party..

Tim Ryan does not earn the House gavel, by simply criticising the current successful & respected Speaker.

What happened in his own State?

Thank you Effie Black for making such a basic & eye opening point.

And isn't it funny that when Dems lost the House, it was Pelosi's fault and Ryan needs to step in to replace her. And when Dems lost more seats in the House, it was Pelosi's fault and Ryan needs to step in to replace her.

And now that Dems have won back the House, Pelosi had nothing to do with it, so Ryan needs to step in to replace her.

It was a stupid theory following the 2016 election, and it remains a stupid theory.
