whitaker walks into DOJ tomorrow and orders an employee to do something..........

Does that order have any effect?
Does he have any power?

Sure there can be a lawsuit but while that is going on this guy can fuck things up. There has to be some remedy toher than him running amok until some judge issues a ruling.
