The first priority of the HOUSE Democrats MUST be to restore the subsidies to the ACA, that trump
removed.
No budget should be passed unless those subsidies are restored.
Let the government shut down, and let the Democrats explain why it is being shut down, because trump and the republicans removed the subidies from the ACA and other measures so people will not have health insurance
This is not only the moral thing to do, it is a winning issue
