(1) Deny climate change. Pay the climate consequences.
(2) Taxcuts...sure could use that money to deal with climate change.
(3) Immigration policy. Sure could use more people fighting fires/building seawalls/first responders. We have almost full employment, we need more people to survive (1) and (2).
