As a former Marine, can I just say, that man is not fit to stand on hallowed ground. That would be profane.

(26,249 posts)None were ever the same. I can't even begin to imagine the horrors they could never forget.
My family has a long history of military service, going back to the founding of the country. Some of us enlisted. Some were drafted. All of us, who were in the military, served with honor.
A pity that nobody in trump*'s family, likely going back for generations, can make that same claim.

(26,249 posts)Harry, in particular, served in a war zone. I believe Andrew did, too, during the Falkland War.

(86,323 posts)and my dad fought in WWII and everything up to the Vietnam war. I am disgusted at the cheato and his lack of fitness to hold any office, including dog catcher!

(25,479 posts)the dissonance for him to be present was too great. The families of the lost warriors are better off without his presence. The ghosts of these heroes are able to remain in peace for now.
