But your post title can be read that McSally is ahead.

I've been watching these numbers all day and this is the first they went up (for us). Spread is now 23,905

The spread was 18,363 earlier today.

The female and educated defection from the GOP in the suburbs has absolutely killed them in this particular race. I don't want to get overly cocky, but I think we can breathe out on this one. Florida and Georgia are probably going the other way (Nelson, probably, Gillum and Abrams almost certainly) but we're going to win this one.

As an aside, I worked for Martha McSally as a young Naval Officer back when she was Colonel McSally (at AFRICOM). Super sharp, hardworking, decent, and fair-minded lady.

But anything/anyone that helps Trump and Trumpism must be pushed to the side.

I remember MSNBC interviewed people in Arizona at I believe the Arizona State football game last week, one was a middle aged white republican lady who said she was voting for Sinema even though she never voted Dem before because she won't vote for any republican again until Trump is gone. I have a hard time believing that there are these suburban ballots out there for McSally at the rate she needs that will put her over Sinema, but we shall see.

The only place outside Maricopa that McSally can get a decent amount of votes is Pinal, Maricopa will have to break heavy to make up the difference.

Only 3000 separating. I think she may pull it out, but it may be in recount territory.

A lot of media outlets have no idea that the battle being waged in Arizona is not over a percentage of "reported vote counts," but rather over the percentage of votes that Republicans are trying to suppress and prevent from being reported in the first place.

For a better understanding of what is actually occurring in Arizona (not current vote tallies, but rather an on-the-ground synopsis of what's happening and why this won't necessarily be over quickly), see:
