I don't decide who is in the Democratic Party

and who isn’t. If a Bernie supporter registers as a Dem or not it isn’t up to me.

If a racist registers as a Democrat or not it isn’t up to me.

In either case there is nothing I can do about it.

Neither can any of us.

We should accept conduct that is appalling to us because someone who don't share our values registers in the party?

Frankly, I prefer people that registered as democrats, never changed parties and who voted for, runs for office for, or busts their ass for the party. I am ok with republicans who admit that they were lost and come into the party, as long as they are sincere and their actions and vote reflect that sincerity.

I am not ok with people that flit from Dem to Indy and insist on telling us how to run our party. And I am certainly as hell not ok with racists getting a toehold in the party.
