Yesterday I was at the doctors, getting a carbuncle (close to my ass just a little more forward) lanced. Wasn't a whole lot of fun (although I did get a chuckle when the doctor told me I was going to get an experience that men seldom get and then told me to put my foot in a stirrup). But it did feel a whole lot better once he got the 'festering, puss-filled' crap out of it!
