I wonder why she isn't screaming to stop the vote count.
Oh wait, I think I know why.
It's because she's a Democrat and Democrats believe in counting votes, while Republicans apparently believe in doing whatever they can to ensure they remain on top, damn all consequences.
Integrity matters.

They too, as you point out, want every vote counted.

(43,079 posts)It's a welcome relief from the past few years where the Governor's office as well as the entire cabinet were Republicans.
I think the last Democratic member of the Cabinet was Alex Sink as CFO whose term ended in 2011 (after she had lost in the governor's race to Scott). We did have Charlie Crist as governor for four years who wasn't that bad even as a Republican, but still was a Republican at that point.
