9. Unfortunately, I doubt he cares much given their Senate lead is larger than it was a week ago.

Senate controls the Supreme Court, and that’s about all that matters these days.

unless Bill Nelson somehow retains his seat, which is looking unlikely at the moment. He can appoint nuttier people to positions of power.

It's finally dawning on him that he is not king of the world and he can't bear it.

I mean he runs as president like reality TV. He made no photo-op to the cemetery in France. He comes home and ignores going to Arlington on Veterans Day. He is doing nothing to get the vets their GI Bill money. I saw today where his approval with the military was 38% favorable - 38% unfavorable, that's bad for a Republican.

She was relaxed, sitting on a couch with her dog Buster, talking very conversationally about the campaign and how important it is now to unite on the things Arizonans and Americans had in common. There were no histrionics about the election being fraught with fraud, although the Trumpistas had tried get her to go that way. It was a nice change from the Trump play book.

Republican Rep. Martha McSally accused her Democratic opponent, Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, of supporting “treason,” citing a 15-year-old radio interview -- a charge that Sinema dismissed as part of a “ridiculous” negative campaign during Monday’s debate in the race for Arizona’s open Senate seat.

[...]

Sinema contrasted her own voting record with McSally’s, saying her rival was a blind partisan who voted 98 percent of the time with President Trump.

[...]

For most of the election, Sinema has focused running a positive campaign and touting a record of bipartisanship in an era of partisan gridlock.

However, McSally and her allies have bombarded the airwaves with attack ads that call into question the moderate political image Sinema has crafted for herself.
