Jesse Watters on Models Trump is Accused of Sexually Harassing: He Gave Those Women a Lot of Opportunities!by Aidan McLaughlin | Nov 13th, 2018, 11:44 pm
Fox News host Jesse Watters dismissed allegations of sexual harassment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday night, claiming the former reality TV star helped his accusers careers and that he cherishes women.
In a Fox News segment, Sean Hannity first condemned former President Bill Clinton for failing to apologize to Monica Lewinsky for his inappropriate sexual involvement with her, a point that liberal guest Jessica Tarlov agreed with. saying, I think he absolutely should have apologized to her. I think that Hillary Clinton should also have said it was a mistake, and it was an abuse of power, thats fundamental to the #MeToo movement.
She never got the apology and lets remember Hillary ran that war room where they fought those bimbo eruptions, and thats a so-called bimbo eruptions, thats not even my language. They called her a floozy, a psycho, a grifter and a clinger, Watters replied. So, the #MeToo movement has totally boomeranged on the Clintons and they should own up to it.
Tarlov then told the two pro-Trump pundits that maybe Donald Trump could also apologize to all the women he has taken advantage.
What do you, mean Miss USA?! You gave those women a lot of opportunities Jessica, come on! Watters said referencing the women who accused Trump of inappropriate behavior, including spying on women while they were changing in dressing rooms, while they participated in the beauty contest previously owned by him.

(88 posts)Bill SHOULD have apologized.
Hillary shouldn't be trying to act like nothing happened. They both had a chance in the metoo era to say hey, in hindsight I now understand why Bill having an affair with an intern is an abuse of power. I'm sorry to Ms. Lewinsky and everyone could hopefully move on.
At least this woman called out Trump too. Sexual assault and harassment isn't a partisan issue.

(7,220 posts)Dems just kicked R ass. R's throw out Lewinsky as red meat distraction. Can we not take the bait for once?

(88 posts)It IS Fox News. Can't expect too much haha. They will ALWAYS deflect to the Clintons lets be fair.
It was just refreshing to me to see her also call out Trump for his behavior on that network instead of sticking on the "BUT THE CLINTONS!!!" deflection that we see too often.

I'm not saying that Hillary should be paying for Bill's sins, but Hillary went on to run for president. Lewinsky will forever be known as the woman who gave Bill a blow job. I love Hillary. I have since I was a kid. I think she is brilliant and deserves the world, but Lewinsky is an "injured party" and deserves an apology. Not saying it has to come from Hillary, but there was and still is a good opportunity to say what happened wasn't right. Even if it was consensual, I now understand what abuse of power means. Period. I think a lot of people would respect that as an answer and would be able to move on and drop it.
I will keep reiterating until my face turns blue: Sexual assault and harassment is not a partisan issue.

(19,948 posts)what you want about Bill's culpability, but let Hillary out of it. She has suffered enough.

What part of "Monica Lewinsky was a 21 year old willing adult" do people not understand?
Monica, in addition, was not a naive, sheltered, 21 year old..
There is ample evidence of her arriving at the Whitehouse with the intention of pursuing him. Prior to her Whitehouse internship, she was quoted as joking about "needing her presidential knee pads"
I felt sorry for Monica at the time, but it seems she's now trying for an illegitimate ride on the "MeToo" bandwagon, when the circumstances surrounding those woman -- as employees, and prospective employees -
were substantially different.
I'm addition, I fail to see what blame Hillary should hold for
her errant husband's behavior.
