to do is wait until January to get the confirmation train rolling again. Hell, it's looking like the Judiciary Committee will even add one Republican in the new Congress.

It's a nice sentiment from Flake, but it won't matter.

Perhaps seeing his seat flip to the Dem candidate was a wake-up call, in terms of what his constituents expect from their Senators.

Flake rarely follows through on anything, he's all show and no go. I wish this were true, but he's played Lucy to our Charlie Brown one too many times already.

If you really cared, you would have convinced Corker & McCain to switch to Independent (months ago) and caucus with the Dems..

THAT could have made a difference..

Flapping your trap and then voting party line is useless..
