So Avenatti was arrested but not booked. What does that suggest if anything?

Why would they not formally book him if they thought there was sufficient evidence? Any lawyers around to explain why some people are arrested and booked and others are not? What is the determining factor?

Snip: The LAPD confirmed the arrest in an email to HuffPost, but said he had not been booked.

The Associated Press notes that police had taken a report related to a domestic violence incident on Tuesday but did not bring Avenatti in until the following day, according to an anonymous law enforcement official.

and say good riddance. The lionizing of this clown by many here is unreal. You don't know what his real motives are, allegiances, agenda.

some here have supported his actions, some have questioned his actions. Discussion isn't puzzling is it? So try not to be so puzzled.
