And the media typically states things incorrectly when talking about arrests and charges.

When you are arrested without a warrant, you are arrested on "suspicion" of the crime. The police just arrest. You are booked on the suspicion of charges. You are not officially charged until the DA issues charges. It is always stated "the person was arrested and charged with....." when they aren't really "charged" until the DA goes through the process. Its just the way things are reported. He knows this and is playing semantics. He was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence because a woman who was either his girlfriend or cohabitating family member called the police and said he assaulted her. By this tweet and what has been reported, it seems like he has admitted to being in an altercation with the woman who made the complaint.

and Jacob Wohl and the rest of the "Surefire Intelligence" morons will end up under arrest for swatting, and false reports. They'll end up in the clink for life.
