4. Note they will only hand count the under and over votes

They will check under and over votes to see if they can determine the voter's intent.

They aren't trying to hand count every ballot.

no check on the machines for accuracy

I wish the dems would do foias on the actual ballots

we have all seen the videos of machines programmed to cheat,when it is this close the entire state should be hand counted

This is a system that was maintained under Scott's Governorship. He thought it was great, when he was winning.
