This morning I checked the NYTimes again, and now (D)s have 231 seats and the lead in another 3 races, so now I expect them to end up with 234 seats. Probably CA39 was one of the two new seats where they are leading now, and the other flipped seat was Maine-2, where the NYTimes listed the Republican as having the lead even though Third Party votes favored the Democratic candidate in their instant runoff vote.
If they end up with 234 seats, that's one more seat than even the most optimistic NYTimes estimate from election day.
