I have to admire him for tenacity. But now Dump will just refuse to engage him, other than the usual ridicule and name calling. Acosta has the high ground. He only makes Dump look smaller and more venal.

The obvious is the maggot took Jim Acosta's hard press pass away for "asking questions" he didn't like. The court ruled in Acosta's favor and he gets his pass back Yay!!

The truly important part is that the justice system worked the way it was intended - upholding the first amendment and the freedom of our press.

The icing on the cake is that it was a maggot (Trump) appointed judge who made the decision.

No such protection exists for WH press corps, after credentialing authority was ceded to WH Press Office some decades ago.

We have seen this WH work to destroy the power of the watchdog free press.

There is a measure afoot to seek that Congress codify press access to the WH. It's called "People's Bill Of Rights For White House Transparency."

You can read about it at the FB page of the same name. "People's Bill Of Rights For White House Transparency"

It seeks to return credentialing authority to the Correspondents Association, so that only peers would approve credentials and have the power to discipline any reporter.

Check it out.

That would hilarious! I'd love him to do it, especially if it is clear that the President refuses to answer any question from him anyways. Why not? It doesn't matter if he gets an answer or not, it would still be out there.

CNN Sues President Trump and Top Aides for Banning Jim Acosta from the White House ...and WINS!!
This reporter had the courage to question Trump regarding his political stunt of characterizing migrants as an 'invasion'.
Trump then became visibly irate and vehemently urged an intern to accost this reporter and grab away his microphone.

The real Donald Trump is an entitled, bully, obsessed with power. He is very good at managing to avoid accountability.
Trump's words very clearly show how he views the world and how he uses power:

"And when you're a star they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p*ssy. You can do anything." ~ D. Trump

"You know what else they say about my people? The polls, they say I have the most loyal people. Did you ever see that? Where I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters, okay? It’s like incredible." ~ D. Trump

Tips (for Trump) to avoid being a self-serving bully:
• Tell the truth, it shall set you free
• Practice the golden rule, it breeds credibilty
• Be of service to something bigger than yourself
