As a (gay) man of modest size myself, there is a LOT of unintended baggage tied up in the size of a man's penis.
Think of it like this...
When you see a man who is a "trust fund baby", who has never had to work a day in their life, are you impressed due to the size of their bank account? Are they a bigger man for it?
I would imagine your answers are NO and NO.
Everything has been given to them their entire life. They feel entitled, and superior because of it. But they did NOTHING themselves to earn it, yet skate through life because of it.
It is somewhat similar with the penis. We do NOTHING to get what we got, it is all through birth, by genetics. There are no exercises we can do to make it bigger, and there are no implants we can get. It is what it is, yet our very worth of being a man is so wrapped up in it that here we are, trying to belittle turdface with the ultimate (supposed) insult to a man, by calling him tiny dick mctrump.
Believe me, males of all ages are constantly being brainwashed that size is all that counts. A man's confidence and self worth can be diminished by just a few words that imply they are less of a man because of something they have absolutely no control of.
We should never imply that a woman is less of a woman because they have smaller breasts, and aren't willing to surgically alter their bodies to please anyone else. But they CAN if they want.
Men don't have that option. (And if we did, can you imagine how we would disfigure ourselves? 
)
And besides, we smaller men try harder. Most of us would get an A+ for effort.
So, in general, remember we men can be very sensitive with regards to this topic.
All of that aside, ANYTHING that can get under turdface's skin, GO FOR IT!
