(115,576 posts)Grand juries, under the supervision of a federal judge, issue indictments, not Mueller. Prosecutors present evidence and the grand jury decides whether or not to indict. If they are off for the holiday, which they almost certainly will be, they won't be issuing indictments.

Little activity at the courthouse, according to one twitter user. He later found one camerawoman who also believes nothing happening this week.
