I think Trump may have contributed to Bill's presidential campaign, and possibly Hillary's senatorial campaign as well. Don't forget that she was Senator of New York for 12 years, so I'm sure their paths crossed frequently in those days.

As for Chelsea's wedding, I couldn't say. Most likely Bill & Hillary were so busy they never even had time to talk to him. I've read that when Cheeto is at Mar-A-Lago he frequently crashes weddings of total strangers. If they're getting married at Mar-A-Lago, they must be thrilled to have him show up uninvited. That's how his mind works.
