@juliehdavis
In statement distributed by Pelosi's office, Rep. Marcia Fudge of Ohio, who was weighing a challenge to her for speaker, says she has dropped the idea. Will instead support Pelosi, Hoyer & Clyburn

Brutally beat up his wife and now is the main suspect of her murder has just surfaced.

This is the likely motivation for her seeking a lower profile

I keep saying "I trust Pelosi" because she doesn't have any blind spots, always stays on message and is incredibly disciplined.

We are lucky to have her.

It chills me as to how it will be spun.
Considering the Committee she is about to chair. The one that will tear apart Trump financials.

I belive it concerns something she stated that was first reported on MSM.
she was repeating what they reported but got her in some dispute since it was sensationalism.
Sounds more innocent on her part and I will definately not jump on that campaign to ruin her.
Because considering she is a serious threat to Trump financials as the comittee chair, be sure it will be open season on all who try to get near the Trump mob.

No one is safe.

Perhaps names will be dropped & threats will be dealt with as the king rat gets cornered.
Buckle up & hang on to those you believe in.

Look what they did to Hillary. That is a typical day for the global mob hitmen

contender. We suspected before and now have confirmed, just a negotiating move. Her potential "bid" for speaker wasn't supported by the black caucus, an indicator for sure. She's ranking member on a subcommittee after over a decade and wanted something more.

However, she went about it, perhaps she has earned it. Most of those freshmen who claimed they wouldn't vote for Nancy have abandoned their sacred campaign promises in return for preferences they haven't earned at all.

Marcia Fudge, Toying With Speaker Run, Slams Nancy Pelosi

According to Fudge, “I don’t hate Nancy. I think Nancy has been a very good leader,” Fudge told HuffPost. “I just think it’s time for a new one.”
During the course of our interview, the former Congressional Black Caucus chairwoman made it clear she thinks Pelosi has not been a vocal enough advocate for African-Americans in Congress, she dismissed suggestions that Pelosi had led Democrats back to the majority, and she painted herself as equally liberal as Pelosi.

My concern about the caucus is the same concern I have about the country. Just as there is this undertone of racism in the country, there’s also that in our caucus.”

Fudge pointed to Pelosi’s refusal to endorse in the race for majority whip, a contest between the current No. 3 Democrat ― and CBC stalwart ― Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), and Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.).

“But she wants our endorsements?” Fudge said of Pelosi. “Who has she endorsed?”

“We’re not feeling the love,” she added.

of the speakership. After the caucus election for speaker there is also a floor election of the whole House. McCarthy will be the repug running for speaker.

Those clowns were screwing around and who knows if that possibility may happen with their foolish stance (ambitious really as Ryan has ambitions himself to be speaker).
