The judge however is correct. I'm sure his ruling will be upheld and not get accepted into SCROTUS.

So far, it’s super simple with decades of precedents. But once an appeal court rules otherwise, scotus will have to accept the case.

If we don’t challenge it, other states might copy. If we do challenge it (like we did), the SC might make the 15 week ban legal for any state.
