She probably really has low self esteem and this is how she attempts to compensate for it. I had a class of 6th graders who were like this toward a new student. I told them how horribly they must feel about themselves to take it out on an innocent victim and made half of them cry. GOOD! They stopped bullying the new kid (who had wanted to kill herself over it...she confided in me).

I saw this video last year, I wonder if this woman has stopped doing it in public and if there was any sort of backlash. I want to know why no one stepped up to say something. I would have in a second. Those who didn't should be ashamed of themselves.
