This is horrible, I can't believe this is happening. Building a wall, even if it was 50 feet high will not stem the tide of immigrants from Central America seeking asylum. This is the result of U.S. interference in Central America decades ago. CAFTA needs to be renegotiated with Central American countries in order to provide some economic growth, jobs and security right there in their countries.

The images today was reminiscent to me of Kent State in 1970 when unarmed students at Kent State University were shot and killed by National Guardsmen because they were protesting the Vietnam war.

Why is it that the poorest of poor always get the worse treatment by the U.S? Where has the soul of our country gone?

Either misinformation is deliberately being spread regarding "rubber bullets" to stir things up more, or the "rubber bullets" were used, and no one else is reporting rubber bullets.


Also, the Mexican government does not seem to be having a problem with what the U.S. has done, at least with the tear gas canisters when they tried to climb the fence

There is a bias source/person which says rubber bullets were being fired into the crowd, but there has been no confirmation of that, which makes me question its validity:

Another point is that the Mexican Government is NOT launching any complaints againt the U.S. for the actions taken, and in fact indicates they will deport those involved in trying to breech the fence. In other words, the Mexican government is actually supportive of the action.


Tear gas is NOT considered lethal force.
