Ukraine declaring war would be very bad news . . . . . for the world.

This is going to be destabilizing if Trump does what we all think he will.

Or

This could all be kabuki.

Meanwhile, things in the United States could (not will . . . so far) turn to homogenized shit faster than we might imagine.

"declaring war" around before it's happened isn't helpful for people to trying to learn about it.

Putin knows he will do nothing.

Ukraine is his for the taking.

It'll boost Putin;s sagging popularity at home, too.

If that's true, think of the shit storm on him as he sides with Putin and against Ukraine, with whom the U.S. has a signed commitment.
