4. Point to anything I said in support of the Problem Solvers Caucus...

I merely pointed out that the electorate that got many of these Democrats into office are looking for solutions to their perceived problems, not doctrinaire anti-Trump liberalism.

9. They were elected by Democrats as Democrats.

Republicans did not vote for Democrats. They were elected by pissed off women, young people against gun violence and democrats who finally voted in the midterms. I never claimed they were republican lights. All these phony caucuses and groups are trying to claim them as republican lights. Right now they are Democrats and if they demonstrate otherwise they will be out in two years.

Then in addition to these splinter groups, there will be hordes of aggressive 'Presidential dreamers' and there splinter voter appeals, all for a long time to come.

[That is why we need strong, sustained Dem House Investigations to fuel the news cycles - and try to provide some coherence to the Dem public message].

8. Fuck the billionaire perspective.

We know exactly what the blue wave was about. It wasn’t about electing Koch and billionaire funded candidates to call the shots. You really think the voters were clued in to that?

THEY VOTED FOR PRECISELY THE OPPOSITE!

So fucking sick and tired of assholes who think they can hold the party hostage and demand things be done the old white man way.

Maybe you can report that back to your little friends.

10. I think there's no question Trump helped GOTV for Dems

He may even be enough of a natural disaster to GOTV for Dems in 2020. But I believe these were new voters...to take this election as an indication of the electorate's move to the left is a mistake. What worries me is just how far the Democratic party can slide to the right as it absorbs defecting Republicans before it loses it's soul and replaces the imploding GOP?
